How to love the process?

ree

Striving for something involves passion, devotion, love, consistency, and hard work. It can be extremely overwhelming. You may experience a variety of emotions on an almost constant basis, including happiness, sadness, failure, success, pride, dissatisfaction, and even loneliness. It is filled with powerful feelings that might leave you feeling alone, unsuccessful, or even as though everyone else is moving while you remain motionless.

Success is a comprehensive set of steps that includes a vision, a goal, and an action that results in the last step of victory. The most crucial and demanding part of success is its process itself that takes a lot of love in order to get what you want out of life.

As the process is such a roller coaster, most people desire success but are terrified of its process. But, the key to success is to embrace the process without fear.

Tips for Loving the Process :

Try not to just daydream

The majority of the time, when people begin doing something, they tend to lose focus on the present moment and daydream about the future. This is a mistake since it wastes your time and frequently makes you feel as though you have too much work to complete right now simply from thinking about it. People worry about what might happen in the future, which can lead to self-doubt and anxiety. These anxieties are known as "what if" scenarios.

Books for help to stop daydream:

  1. BEFORE THE COFFEE GETS COLD BY TOSHIKAZU KAWAGUCHI

  2. THE TEA DRAGON SOCIETY BY KATIE O’NEILL

  3. THE MIDNIGHT LIBRARY BY MATT HAIG

  4. WHERE DREAMS DESCEND BY JANELLA ANGELES

"Think of a goal as a marathon not a sprint"

Praise yourself for small achievements

Adding all small achievements can make bigger results likewise small praise can lead to make your self-esteem stronger. There is no shame in sharing what you have accomplished; it is not bragging. Steer away from those that are poisonous and speak negatively about you and stick with those who give you more confidence and can actually change you for the better. But never be haughty or bluff on it while you are on this praise binge.

Praising practices we can do:

  1. Write down your accomplishments.

  2. Take some time off

  3. Try to focus more on mental health

  4. Try some new experiences

Practice journaling

As a normal human being we go through roller coaster ride of emotions that can make us feel overwhelming and tired. Try to write in a journal on a daily basis so that you can learn to manage your many emotions and discover your actual self, what you want from life, and what is depressing you.

How to practice journal daily?

When we first start keeping a journal, it can be incredibly challenging to keep the streak going. What we do wrong is create writing goals, such as "I have to write one page per day." It can become challenging if we limit it, so we shouldn't do that. We have a notebook that you can fill out based on how you're feeling, whether it's one line or a paragraph one day, or two to three pages another.

Try to understand you body

When your body is not feeling well, either physically or emotionally, it is very difficult to concentrate. Even when the moment is terrible, you must muster the fortitude, the tolerance, and the curiosity to embrace it. The best approach to handle your emotions is to express them anyway you want as long as you don't harm others. Your body strives to communicate whatever it is that you are experiencing, whether it is physical or emotional. Thus, just pay attention to it and work patiently to find a solution; never, ever give up on yourself.
